Whilst in the process of moving into our new home in Brentwood, I contacted absolute floor sanding to get a quote using my floor plan.
Once we finally had the keys, David and his team restored the old wooden floors and I am over the moon.

Absolute floor sanding came to my rescue & I couldn't rate them highly enough! I previously hired a standard sander & it was very harsh on my floors, I actually thought I had ruined some very expensive newly laid floorboards. But the outstanding advice & customer service I received from the staff at this company along with the great sander I received saved the day! I now have a lovely smooth floor. I had a hard time finding someone in my area to supply me with a Bona machine but nothing was too much trouble & at a great rate. Very honest & above board company.

I need not have been sceptical. The floor sander lived up to the David's claim that it is virtually dust free.
The barrel grinder is an improvement on the traditional sander, easier to replace the sanding tubes and gives an even flat surface finish without grooves in the floor resulting in a higher quality finish. The disc sander gets right up to the wall to give clean edges. More costly than the traditional sanders but well worth hiring.
